Performance fixes

Made some performance changes:

• Prevented partygoers from dancing so hard they killed the player's vibe at the end of the night (Disabled animations offscreen to save on Web performance, especially in the later parts of the game)

If you are using Firefox, we strongly recommend turning on WebGPU.
you can do this by typing about:config into the url box then search for 'gpu'

This will improve performance overall in the game and reduce chances of crashing.
